At Infinite Looks, you may return your item(s) within 60 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). The merchandise must be in original, unused condition, and you must include all original tags and packaging when you return the merchandise. Note: this return policy does not include any home decor items. Please contact us with any questions.

When you return an item, you can choose a refund to your Infinite Looks account or a refund to your credit card. If you select a refund to your Infinite Looks account, then we will refund the amount that you paid when you ordered the item (excluding original shipping costs). If you request a refund to your credit card, however, we will deduct a return shipping fee of $10.00 from the refund. Once we receive your returned item(s), we issue you the refund within ten to fourteen business days. We will also send you an email to let you know that we have completed the refund.

In efforts to provide the best possible values to our customers, we cannot always carry large quantities of our items. Furthermore, we may not be able to offer them in a wide range of sizes. We therefore regret to inform you that we cannot offer exchanges. Instead of exchanging an item, please return it and then place a new order. Contact us for assistance.
