What is Infinite Looks? Infinite Looks is an online retailer that sells thousands of items, including handbags, clothing, shoes, and furniture. We carry products from today's most desirable designers and always offer them at discounted rates. With its diverse inventory and competitive prices, our website is your one-stop store for the hottest designer merchandise! Where are you located? Infinite Looks is located in New York. Do you charge sales tax? We charge sales tax only if your shipping address is in New York state. How much do you charge for shipping? If your package is being shipped to anywhere in the Continental United States, then shipping will only cost you $10.00 per order. International shipping, as well as expedited shipping, will accrue additional costs. For more information, please visit our Shipping section. Do you ship to my country? Please consult our International Orders chart, which displays a list of countries to which we can ship. Why are your products priced lower than those on other websites? The Infinite Looks philosophy is that designer merchandise should not be overpriced. Many times, our goods have been purchased at discounted rates from reputable resellers-- which allows us to list our products at such low prices. Why are there no pictures for certain products? InfiniteLooks.com is modified and updated regularly. In order to bring you the latest styles as quickly as possible, we oftentimes add a product before the product image is available. In these cases, we will upload the image as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions, comments, requests, or concerns. What is the “retail value” price of an item? When we use the term “retail value,” we are referring to the price at which an item may be offered on a regular basis. Our buyers provide us with the retail value price estimation; they calculate this estimation without regards to any discounts, sales, or promotions. When estimating the retail value, our buyers may use information from our vendors. Infinite Looks offers a large inventory of merchandise, and we thus do not guarantee that any particular product is being sold at the listed retail value price, in any place at any time. Additionally, we do not guarantee that the product has previously been sold at the listed retail value. Do you have a print catalog? We do not offer a print catalog. We post our entire inventory on InfiniteLooks.com, simply because the inventory can be updated more quickly when it is online. Using a website allows us to immediately modify our selection, maintain back-orders of items, and keep customer satisfaction levels high. Do you sell gift certificates? Infinite Looks sells gift certificates for any value. If you would like to order a gift certificate, please email us at info@infinitelooks.com, and we will send you the proper ordering instructions. When you email us, make sure to include the desired gift certificate amount. What do I need to know about promotions? Infinite Looks offers many discounts and promotional codes, which we collectively call “promotions.” Each promotion is valid only for online purchases of merchandise and may be used only once during the given time period (unless otherwise stated). Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • A one-time use promotion must be used in one purchase. Any amount remaining on the promotion will be forfeited.
  • Promotions cannot be used with gift certificates. Promotions do not apply to shipping or taxes (unless stated otherwise).
  • Promotions cannot be used on orders that have been previously placed.
  • If the promotion offers free shipping, then the promotion only applies to U.S. standard ground shipping within the Continental United States.
  • If a promotion has a minimum order size requirement, then shipping charges, taxes, and credits from gift certificates will not count towards that requirement.
  • If the promotion states that you must purchase a product(s) at its listed price in order to receive a discount on an additional product, then the product with the lowest listed price will receive the discount.
  • Returning any merchandise that was purchased with a promotion will result in a credit that reflects the promotional price. An expired promotion cannot be used on another order.
  • We stock promotional items in limited quantities. If the promotional item runs out of stock, we will not issue any credits or compensation.
  • Infinite Looks has the right to extend or terminate a promotion at any time, at its discretion.
What are your customer service hours? Shopping, Ordering, and Account Questions

How do I place an order on Infinite Looks? First, browse our wide variety of merchandise and decide which products you want to purchase. To actually purchase those products, you must add them to your shopping bag. Click on the “Add to Shopping Bag” button, which is located next to each product listing. Once you have added each item to your shopping bag, navigate back to your bag (you can do this by clicking on the “Shopping Bag” link, located at the top right corner of any Infinite Looks webpage). Once you are inside your shopping bag, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. The checkout process will begin, and you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping information. After your order is placed, we will email you and then begin processing the order. How do I shop by designer? First, click on the link to the department (e.g., Women, Men, Clearance) that you want to browse. You can find these department links at the top of each Infinite Looks webpage. After navigating to the department, look at the left side of the page, where you will see the heading “Refine by Manufacturer.” Underneath this heading will be a list of all available designers. Click on any designer's name to see the department items that were made by that designer. I put something in my shopping bag, but it's not there anymore-- why? Your item is no longer in your shopping bag for one of two reasons. The first reason is that you do not have an account with Infinite Looks. If you are a guest to our website, then we will empty your shopping bag if you leave the site. You must be logged into an account in order to leave the website without losing the items in your shopping bag. The second reason is that someone else has purchased the item-- and it was the last one we had in stock. If you wait to purchase an item, then it may go out-of-stock before you get the chance to buy it. We therefore suggest that you buy items that you like as soon as you see them! I've already placed my order-- is it too late to change or cancel it? You can change or cancel an order only if the order is still being processed. You cannot change or cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped. (NOTE: If your order has shipped before you change or cancel it, you will be responsible for shipping costs). To change your order, you must cancel the original order and then place a new one. Please contact us for instructions on how to do this. Why are certain products out of stock? Obtaining designer merchandise is usually difficult and time-consuming. Certain designer products are only available for limited periods of time, in limited quantities. At Infinite Looks, our inventory is updated on a regular basis so as to minimize back orders and make your shopping experience easier. Although we restock many of our items, we also sell more exclusive products that we can only offer for a short amount of time. For this reason, you should not wait around to buy something on our website-- it might go out of stock while you're waiting. Will you be ordering more out-of-stock items? Generally, we are able to order more of the items that are out-of-stock. If the item is particularly exclusive, however, then it will only be available for a limited amount of time. We typically discontinue these exclusive items once they have sold out. We may also replace them, with different versions. How often do you update your inventory? Typically, we update our inventory every week; during busy times of the year, we may even update it everyday. By updating regularly, we ensure that our merchandise is always stylish and modern. Can I order by phone or fax? You can order by phone-- please visit the Contact Us page to see our phone numbers. Currently, we do not have a fax number. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), money orders, and cashier's checks. How long will it take to receive my order? Under normal circumstances, you will receive your order in anywhere from 6 to 9 business days. Approving your payment and packaging your merchandise takes 1-2 business days. Standard shipping (USPS Priority) takes another 5-7 days. How do I use a promotional code? You will be asked for any promotional codes during the checkout process; when you get to this point, simply type in the code that you have. I am a first time customer; can I receive a discount on my first order? Yes. Enter promotion code “Infinite212” in the coupon field during checkout, and your order will be discounted by 15%. I am a returning customer; can I receive a discount on my next order? Yes. Enter promotion code “ Infinite212” in the coupon field during checkout, and your order will be discounted by 15%. When is my credit card charged during the order process? Once you place your order, we will attempt to approve your billing information. If it is approved, then we will authorize your credit card to be charged. Only when your order has shipped, however, will we actually charge your card. If I order an item that is out of stock, will I be charged? Will I receive my order? When we update our inventory, some items will be listed as out-of-stock. If you order one of these out-of-stock items, then we will automatically tag your order as a back order. We will not charge your credit card until the item is restocked and the shipment process has begun. How do I register with InfiniteLooks.com? First, click on the “Club Infinite” link, located at the bottom left corner of any Infinite Looks webpage. This link will bring you to the registration page, where we will ask you to enter your name, email address, password, and password hint. After you enter this information, click “Continue,” and your account will be created. Clicking “Continue” will also automatically log you into your account. From this point, you can shop our website or modify your account details. How do I log into my account? Simply click on the “My Account” link, located at the top right corner of any Infinite Looks webpage. This link will bring you to the Log In page, where you can enter your email address and password. Then click on the “Continue” button and you will be able to view your main account page. What should I do if I've lost or forgotten my password? In the event that you have lost or forgotten your password, you may reset it. Click on the “My Account” link, located at the top right corner of any Infinite Looks webpage. On the Log In page, click the “Password Forgotten?” link. After clicking this link, you will be asked to enter your email address. Need additional help? Feel free to email us at info@infinitelooks.com. What should I do if I've changed my email address? What if I want to update my personal information? To change your email address, log into your account. Now you will be at the “My Account” homepage. Click on the “View or change my account information” link, which will allow you to change your name, email address, telephone number, and/or fax number. To update your mailing address(es), navigate to the “My Account” homepage and click on the “View or change entries in my address book” link. If you would like to change your account password, click on the “Change my account password” link on the “My Account” homepage.


Returning and Exchanging Questions

What is your return policy? You may return your item(s) within 60 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). The merchandise must be in original, unused condition, and you must include all original tags and packaging when you return the merchandise. Note: this return policy does not include furniture or other home decor goods. Visit our “Returns” help section to see our entire return policy. Where do I send returned items? Our “Returns” help section offers instructions on how to return an item. How do I process an exchange? In efforts to provide the best possible values to our customers, we cannot always carry large quantities of our items. Furthermore, we may not be able to offer them in a wide range of sizes. We therefore regret to inform you that we cannot offer exchanges. Instead of exchanging an item, please return it and then place a new order. Contact us for assistance. Is it safe to place an order over your website? Is it safe to use my credit card? Yes-- ordering from InfiniteLooks.com is safe and secure. The Infinite Looks server uses the latest version of Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). Because SSL uses encryption, only you and Infinite Looks will be able to view your personal information. Is my personal information kept private when ordering from Style Empire? Yes, your personal information is always secure when you order from us. We use sophisticated security software-- technology that allows us to keep your information safe at all times. What do you do with my personal information after my order has been placed? On Infinite Looks, we store your information on our secure server; we use it to process any orders that you place, to personalize your experience on our website, and to comply with legal requirements. Furthermore, when we store your information, we are able to make your checkout process shorter and allow you to check your order status on our website. Is it safer to order from your website or from other websites that sell the same products? Some websites use technologies that do not use 128-bit SSL encryption. These technologies may appeal to some companies because they are relatively inexpensive; however, they are not as secure as more advanced technologies.
